A Typical Week at Celebrate Freedom

Sunday:  Church at the Caring Place, 2901 N. Post, from 10:30 to 11:45

Sunday: Peer Encounter at the house at 7:30 p.m. This is our weekly meeting where we discuss house issues and the clients get to discuss their concerns.

Monday:  Christian 12 Steps. We go as a group to a faith-based 12 Step meeting at The Caring Place, 6:30 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.

Tuesday:  Bible Study. 7:30 p.m. A visiting minister, Brother Elisha, comes and teaches from the Bible.

Wednesday: Serenity Circle. 7:30 p.m. At this in-house meeting, we read the A.A. "Daily Reflections" book and discuss the reading.

Thursday:  Relapse Prevention. 7:30 p.m. Our program director teaches basic principles of sobriety.

Thursday:  Big Book Meeting. 7:30 p.m. We read from the A.A. text (the "Big Book") and discuss its meaning.
