Celebrate Freedom is Different From Other Halfway Houses

DIFFERENT BECAUSE WE'RE AFFORDABLE:

Normally you have two options: a rehab with on-site programming, but which costs a fortune...or the typical recovery residence, which has no in-house programming at all, but is affordable. Celebrate Freedom combines the best of both. We have classes, meetings and recovery coaching that rival the in-patient addiction centers, but our guys can work, and our guys are only charged a small fee that rivals the rent at most modest homes in the area..

DIFFERENT BECAUSE WE'RE CHRISTIAN

We are a Christian recovery house. Our 12-Step curriculum is Bible-centered, plus we have weekly Bible study, along with evidence-based recovery classes and support groups. Staff takes members of our sober living home to church on Sundays. Several staff and volunteers are available to pray with the men when they have a special need.

DIFFERENT BECAUSE WE'RE QUALIFIED

Too many halfway houses just don't have qualified staff running them. At Celebrate Freedom, every staff member has five or more years sober time. The Program Director, whose degree is in Christian Education, has worked with the program for 10 years and holds credentials with the State of Indiana as a Certified Recovery Specialist, while the Executive Director sits on the Board of Indiana Adult & Teen Challenge. Other staff have degrees from Ball State and experience at the Nashville Rescue Mission.
